For the students of class 8^th, every year in the month of November the National Means cum Merit Scholarship is conducted. The benefit of this scheme can be taken only by the students who are studying in the government schools or in aided schools for the scholarship test. An examination has been sponsored by the ministry of human resource development. The students do their online registration to apply for this exam. And the student whose application form got selected they apper for this examination. There are some requirements of the authority of this examination, which the students have to follow. This scholarship scheme is sponsored by the central for the meritorious and studious students to held them financially.

The selected students will get a scholarship of Rs. 12,000 annually. To get this scholarship, it is necessary that the students must be from the economically weaker section. Approximately 100,000 scholarships will be distributed by the government every year.

The students of classes 9 to 12, have to give two exams to get the benefit of this scheme. every year, the scholarship of Rs. 12,000 (per annum) to the around 100,000 students have been provided with the help of this test. This scholarship is provided Rs. 1,000 every month. Students who qualify the exam gets the benefit of this scholarship and this amount is directly credited to their bank accounts. The students get the scholarship through the Public Financial Management System. The students who get the scholarship will have to renew it every year till their senior classes.

Eligibility for NMMS Test 2022

The students who are thinking to do their registration for this NMMS Test, they all need to know the eligibility criteria first. Read the Criteria Below.
Only the students of class 8^th can apply for this scholarship exam.
Only those students who study in the government schools will be provided the benefit of this scholarship.
Students must have completed their 7^th class with the 50 % or 55% marks according to the category.
the students who are doing their studies in the schools such as KVS, NVS, Sainik schools are not eligible to take the benefit of this scholarship.
Only Indian students will be provided this benefit.
The family income of the applicant should be Rs. 1.5 lakh annually or less than this.
The residential or boarding school’s students are also unable to get the benefit of this scholarship.
Students have to clear their 10 and 12 class with the 50% or 55% of marks.
The scholarship will be provided continuously to the students who will get 60% or more than 60% marks in their 10 class.

Here, you need to click on the option called New Registration.
Then, the next page will open, here firstly, read all the provided instruction. Then, carry forward with the next step.

The details such as your email id, your full name, domicile state, gender, category, IFSC Code, Birth Date etc.
After this, just submit your application.
