Under this scheme people will be issued plots in Noida with a very low budget. The middle -class people can invent in this Noida authority plot scheme. the starting limit of these plot in Noida City is 50000 rupees. In the Noida city in 151 sector 93 plots will be distributed and other will be in the 31, 33, 34, 43, 44, 51, 93b, 105, 108, 93B, 151 sectors.
There will be two phases in which the plots will be distributed. In the first phase 257 plots will be distributed and in the second phase 198 plots will be distributed. In the Noida city the starting price for these plots is 50,000 rupees

Noida Authority Plot Rates
This is the first time that in the sector 151, the residential plots are coming up. There will be 93 plots. There will be 2500 document fee, 450 rupees of GST, processing fee of Rs. 2300 and 10 percent of registration amount
There are new rules made according to these rules, within the 90 days of plot allotment the builder has to deposit the complete amount of the plot with the authority. And after the allotment of the plot the subdivision of plot is not valid. And any other part or plots will also not be added.
Noida Authority Plot for Sale
In this group housing scheme, in the sector 151 6 plots has been included and in the sector 146 3 plots has been added. The applicant has to pay 20,000 rupees to buy e-brasher and this will not be refunded. The application form process will start on 5th September and will continue till the 26th September. Around 400 plots will be distributed under this scheme to the people. So middle-class people can also afford these housing.
There will be around 50 industrial plots, 142 residential plots and housing groups 9 plots including small, large and medium size plots. The allotment of industrial plots will be done through e-auction. On the 5th September the group housing plots will also be launch by the Noida authority almost after 5 years in the sector such as 146 and 151.
