On the 30th June 2022, The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had released a new plot scheme for the interested people. The location of these plots will be at the new delhi and Noida. The Application procedure will starts from the 7th September 2022 and will end on the 7th October 2022. Yeida Plot Scheme
Yeida is going to launch a residential property project very soon. Under this Yeida plot scheme, the plots will be provided for the institutional as well as for industrial work. There are some sectors in Greater Noida such as 16, 18, 20, 17 A, 22D which these plots are going be sell. The plots size is like 60 Sq meters, 90, 120, Sq meters, 162 Sq meters, 200 Sq meters, 1000, 500, 300, and 2000 Sq Meters.
In these plots, new plots as well as the previously left-over plots of the previous scheme are included. From the 7th September to 7th October all the people who are interested can do their online applications procedure under this scheme. On the 15th November, the result of the Draw will be declared.

On the date 3rd October, a new announcement as been made by the YEIDA regarding the changes of guidelines of the plot program. This guidelines have be changed to help the bidders who initially have registered for the 400 plots sale.

Yeida Plot Price
The deposit of 10 % cost of the plot is required to be submitted before the online application under this scheme, by an Applicant through the official website of the YEIDA. An applicant can choose any method to do the payment of the plot. An applicant who will do one time payment which is called single payment, they will be provided the priority in the first draw.
And after this, the people who will do the payment of portion of the total cost all at once and remaining through the installments will be given priority (50:50). The people who will do the payment of 30% of total amount at once and rest 70 % cost in the installments (30:70) will be taken into consideration after the above mentioned people.

Eligibility Criteria of Yeida Residential Scheme
- The Applicant must be an Indian Citizen.
- Applicant must be of 18 years or above 18 years of age.
- Only the applicant, their spouse, and dependent children will be able to submit an application for the apartment or plot.
- The applicant must not be provided any other apartment or plots previously.
